TIBETAN PSYCHOLOGY COURSE

The Buddhist psychology course explains the concept of mind, its nature and mental functions. According to tantra and Tibetan medicine, the mind functions and is influenced by the subtle wind energy (rLung), which makes it float like in feather in the wind. It helps the mind perceive the images, sounds, etc. By the positive and negative contacts, the body/mind earns good and bad experiences that lead to joy and sufferings, and produce the basic psychological balance and imbalance to the human beings.
The seminar also exposes the basic cause of happiness and sufferings as well as methods to calm the mind such as meditation, mindfulness, respiration and breathing, healing yoga practice, visualization, mantric recitation, dreams interpretation and various other healing methods. The course will be held during six scheduled weekends a year.

Maximum number of participants
